Refund & Exchange Policy

We get it — things happen! While all of our pieces are made and packed with care, if your item arrives with a defect or error in craftsmanship, we’ll make it right.

Please reach out within seven (7) days of receiving your order to start the exchange process. All items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for shipping on exchanges or returns unless the issue is due to damage or craftsmanship.

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel it — your pieces are already being prepped and packed with love.

Please double-check your selections before checkout — any changes to charms must be made within 24 hours.

Because each piece is custom-made just for you, all charm bar orders are final sale.
