Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Porter + Wayne! Each piece is thoughtfully made and packaged with care from our studio in Nashville, TN. Below you’ll find all the details about how your order ships and what to expect along the way.


Processing Time

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days after purchase.
During high-volume periods (such as holidays, launches, or markets), processing times may take a bit longer.

Custom charm bar orders or personalized pieces may take additional time to create before shipping — please allow up to 7 business days for production unless otherwise noted.

We’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping speed.

We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping is not yet available but coming soon!)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.


Free Shipping

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our website or Instagram for current offers.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier (usually USPS or UPS). Porter + Wayne is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, we recommend:

  1. Checking with neighbors or your local post office.

  2. Waiting 1–2 business days — sometimes packages are marked delivered early.

  3. Contacting the carrier directly to open a claim.

We’ll do what we can to assist, but we can’t replace or refund items lost by the carrier.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item. We’ll take care of you as quickly as possible.


Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided at the time of purchase.


Local Pickup

If you’re in the Nashville area, local pickup is sometimes available during select pop-ups or events. Follow us on Instagram for updates on when this option is open!
