All items are handmade or hand-assembled and may have slight variations from photos shown online. We do our best to represent colors, finishes, and materials accurately, but slight differences may occur due to monitor settings or natural materials.

Availability of products may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a refund if applicable.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at checkout. We accept most major credit cards, Shop Pay, and other payment options offered at checkout.

5. Shipping

We offer standard and expedited shipping options through trusted carriers. Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Once a package is shipped, Porter + Wayne is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist you.

6. Exchanges, Returns & Cancellations

  • Exchanges are accepted only for items with defects or craftsmanship errors.

  • Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order.

  • Custom charm bar orders are final sale.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

7. Custom Orders

Custom pieces are made specifically for you. Please review your selections carefully — any changes must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, no changes can be made.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, product names, photographs, text, and branding on this website are the property of Porter + Wayne. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from Porter + Wayne, you agree that we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or website.
